Note: COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will incur an additional charge of 5% of the total cart value.

No Returns/No Refunds
Returns or refunds are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To request a refund or replacement for damaged items, an unboxing video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
The video must clearly show the condition of the product upon opening.

Refund Process
Refunds for eligible claims are processed within 7 business days after receiving the product/s back and credited to the original payment method.
